Many of our fellow Coloradans struggle to find the necessary resources to best support their families and live healthy lives. It is essential for the health of our communities that we invest in children and families, especially during critical stages in early development. When children’s physical, social, and emotional well-being are supported early in life, they are ready for school and have a greater chance of longterm success.

A brighter future begins with me and my beautiful family.

Invest in Kids (IIK) knows—based on evidence and experience—that investing in young children and families is the best way to strengthen our community today and for future generations. We work tirelessly to bridge research into practice, leveraging the power of evidence-based programs to make the largest possible difference for Colorado children. These well researched programs are most successful when we invest in them holistically and support their long-term sustainability. This is the work of Invest in Kids.

For over 25 years, our team of experts has worked at every level, from the state capitol to local classrooms, to assess community need and address barriers to implementation and sustainable funding. In doing so, we help ensure a strong start for young children and their caregivers, and invest in a future where all families have the opportunity to lead healthy lives.
